Terms and Conditions – Stretchwell

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stretchwell® Inc. website (stretchwell.com), the Stretchwell Shopify online store, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Our Company

Stretchwell® Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Pennsylvania corporation located at 64 Vincent Circle, P.O. Box 3081, Warminster, PA 18974. We have been manufacturing and supplying high-quality physical therapy and fitness products since 1994. We manufacture many of our products in-house — including our patented multi-layer resistance bands and tubing created through a continuous dripping/layering process that produces superior durability compared with glued or single-layer alternatives. We also directly import other items to offer highly competitive pricing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. Our Products are available for purchase by both individual consumers and businesses (including physical therapy practices, hospitals, fitness centers, and other qualified organizations). If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity. Our Products are intended for professional use by licensed physical therapists, clinics, hospitals, and qualified fitness professionals, as well as for personal fitness and rehabilitation needs.

3. Ordering and Sales

There is no minimum order requirement for standard customer orders. Distributor orders and custom orders may be subject to separate minimums, quantities, or requirements, which are determined on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
We accept orders subject to product availability and final acceptance by Stretchwell.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of purchase via credit card or other accepted methods. Net 30 payment terms are available for approved established customers upon credit review.

Featured products such as Stretch-Tube Deluxe, Stretch-Tube Premium, Foam Rollers, Stepping Wolf Balance Stepper, StretchRanger Range of Motion Pulley, and all other items in our catalog (Therapy Bands, Therapy Tubing, Foam Rolls, Balance & Stability, Range of Motion, etc.) are sold under the same terms.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods: We ship by FedEx or USPS, using the carrier and method selected by Stretchwell based on the best available option for the order. Hospital orders are shipped by FedEx only, as many hospitals require FedEx delivery and do not accept postal deliveries. Customers may provide their own FedEx account number if they need an order shipped using their account; however, the $4.95 handling charge still applies.
Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the order, destination, and shipping method. Any applicable charges will be added to your order total.
Free Shipping: Standard orders of $300 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 United States, subject to a $4.95 handling charge. This free shipping policy does not apply to distributor orders or custom orders.
Domestic Shipping: Most orders within the contiguous 48 United States arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and shipping method.
International Shipping: Available to most countries. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional carrier charges. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages: If a shipment is lost by the carrier before delivery, we will work with the carrier and replace the shipment when appropriate. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but the customer does not receive it, or if the package is stolen after delivery, Stretchwell is not responsible for replacing the order.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
Backorders: If part of an order is backordered, we may ship available items first and ship the remaining items when they become available.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our return policy and product condition requirements.

Products are covered by a 90-day guarantee against defects, including custom orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product images, descriptions, and especially our patented manufacturing processes (including the continuous layering technology for resistance bands and tubing) are the exclusive property of Stretchwell® Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any material without our prior written consent.

7. Product Use & Disclaimers

Our Products are sold “as is” and are intended to assist licensed professionals in patient care and exercise programs, as well as for personal use.
Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any therapy product.
You assume all risk of injury or damage related to the use of our Products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stretchwell® Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stretchwell® Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or Products, or from any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
