Stretchwell® is a small family-owned business. We are an owner of Textrip Limited, Asia’s oldest manufacturer of latex bands and tubes.  We are also direct importers of most of our other items like stretch discs and range of motion pulleys. Perhaps, the question should be why others are so expensive. We believe in a fair profit, not huge mark-ups.

Many of our products are naturally free of latex, such as our balls and pulleys.

While our Bands and Tubes are almost entirely free of latex allergens, they still contain a trace amount, as we leach out the soluble proteins to reduce exposure to latex allergens. We do not recommend use for those with known allergies.

Distributors must complete the Stretchwell® Distributor Agreement and provide a copy of a Resale Certificate or Tax Exempt form issued by their state. Minimum purchase levels apply. Forms can be faxed to (215) 675-8042.

If you are a distributor and plan to resell the products you purchase, you will not be charged state sales tax. To qualify, you must submit a copy of your Resellers Permit or Tax Exempt form to Stretchwell®.

If you do not plan to resell the products, you will be charged sales tax based on their laws on medical use. (Many states don’t charge sales tax on items involving medical use.)

Stretchwell® accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Net 30-day invoicing is available to qualified customers who have filled out a Credit Application.

All products are shipped at Economy rate via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground service. They typically arrive in 4-6 business days within the continental United States. Add 2-3 days for packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. All packages must be shipped to a physical address. (In some we can send small packages to a P.O. box. Please call first to confirm.)

Note:

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST, or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Drop-shipped products from the manufacturer usually take a few days to be sent.
  • Once your order is submitted, no changes may be made, including address, shipping method, etc.
Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders over $300.00. A $4.95 handling fee applies to all orders.

Shipping costs are determined by:
  1. The destination of your item(s): Destinations outside the continental US may incur higher shipping costs.
  2. The size and weight of your item: Some heavy and/or oversize items may incur a surcharge.
  3. The number of shipping destinations: A separate flat rate may apply to each shipping destination if you ship items to multiple addresses. Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout before the completion of your order.
Order Tracking

You will receive a ship confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for your order. Please note that if you placed an order for multiple items, those items may ship separately and result in multiple tracking numbers. Not all tracking numbers will show movement immediately. It is possible that while the order has left our facility, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system.

Orders placed on the Stretchwell® website may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods; therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on:

  1. The type of product you purchased.
  2. The carrier that is delivering your product(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

Note:

If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us or the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please call, or email us for assistance.

Yes. You can ship using your own account, but handling fees still apply. When choosing to use your shipping account, please call in or email the order.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses. Please call or email us for a quote.

Yes. We ship internationally. Call or email for a quote. We also service distributorships internationally, shipping products directly from our factory.

We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. During those times, you will speak with a live person who can assist you. You can leave a voicemail message or email us in’ off-hours,’ and we will reach out to you on the next business day.

Yes. We offer private labeling for various items of our product line. Give us call for more information. Minimum purchase levels apply.

These products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

We offer a 90-day 100% guarantee of satisfaction.

Call or email for returns. They will be provided with an RA number if needed, and shipping will be arranged if needed.
